All of our homes come fully furnished and ready to move in. Rooms come furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and more. Common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.) will also include all your living essentials.
Shared.
Live with people you like. Rent a shared or private room and share the common areas with respectful housemates you enjoy sharing a home with.

Good affordable place
I really enjoyed my time here. Management was always really friendly and easy to work with. I would even consider spending time with them outside our business relationship. My only complaint would be is there isn’t enough fridge and cupboard space in the house to fit everyone’s needs. Other than that, it’s a great location at a decent price. All of the roomies were really awesome as well.

Great place for short or long term stays
I only lived here for 3 months but it was a nice comfy space and environment. Very timely with maintenance.would recommend to friends and or family looking to stay in San Diego
