Our homes are completely furnished, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room, so that if you move in today, you’ll be ready to take on tomorrow.
Saba homes are equipped with the essentials and accessories necessary for a quick and comfortable transition into your new environment. Bedrooms carry bed frame & mattress, desk, chair, dresser, and accessories. Living rooms and common areas include tables, sofas, chairs, televisions, and accessories, while kitchens are stocked with appliances, pots, pans, tools, utensils, and dishes. Complimentary cleaning services are offered at least once a month so that your home remains in pristine condition. If you would like us to take care of your bedding for you, we offer a $100 service to provide you with plush bedding, launder it, and make your bed cozy for your arrival. Feel free to bring your own beddings and belongings to personalize your space, but know that your home is ready whenever you are. Saba ensures that the stresses associated with moving are removed from the equation. That means that the only thing you have to worry about bringing is yourself.
Life is dynamic. No need to sign a lease for a term you’re uncomfortable with. Stay on a month-to-month basis for as long as you would like. Leases begin on the first calendar date of the month, so our homes are generally available to move into on the first day of each month. As move in dates may vary from room to room, check the specific listing you are interested in under the Rooms tab to see if it’s available to move into immediately. Planning to end your lease? No worries! Just let us know 30 days in advance, and you’ll be set to take on your next adventure.

Hey, We don’t provide our own renters insurance but you can easily find a company online that does it. I recommend purchasing a policy through the portal where you pay rent. You should get a reminder when you log in. If you already have renters insurance, please email a copy of your policy to info@saba-housing.com
