Saba housing is poorly managed. They never showed up to the final walk through and charged us for fees that were platen lies. Avoid these scammers. Even there yelp reviews on this website is false.

Good affordable place

I really enjoyed my time here. Management was always really friendly and easy to work with. I would even consider spending time with them outside our business relationship. My only complaint would be is there isn’t enough fridge and cupboard space in the house to fit everyone’s needs. Other than that, it’s a great location at a decent price. All of the roomies were really awesome as well.

I had a wonderful time living in this home. Golan and all the folks at Saba housing are wonderfully supportive and go out of their way to help get you settled if you’re new to SD. Thank you so much for all the help and support and for trying to build a real community while also finding a solution to student housing inequalities and disruptions!

I only lived here for 3 months but it was a nice comfy space and environment. Very timely with maintenance.would recommend to friends and or family looking to stay in San Diego

Saba Housing is brilliant. The founder, Golan, is a true class act who knows how to run a caring business. He looks out for his tenants and takes care of everything they need with a smile. I’ve rented from Saba for three years and during that time I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. If any issues came up, they were handled swiftly and professionally. His units are well kept and clean. By far the best company I’ve been with, and I can highly recommend them. Good prices, professional staff and an owner who cares. Keep it up Saba! – RM Mora

As an international student I had little information and knowledge about the housing situation in San Diego. I’m glad I was able to find SABA housing. They made sure that all my questions and needs in regards to housing were met. After a couple days they were able to place me in a beautiful apartment in La Jolla with wonderful roommates. This is a great resource for people that are out of town and have little knowledge about the housing situation in SD. Highly Recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed a shared room for just 3 months and they had the perfect place for me. i got to live with international students and working professionals that were great roommates. definitely recommend renting from these guys
